Rooted in Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit committed to advancing wellness through food—by reconnecting individuals and communities to nourishment that is clean, culturally relevant, and rooted in care.Unlike grantmaking foundations, we provide programs and direct services—offering education, support, and refined sugar-free meal access that help individuals and families build healthier, more intentional relationships with food.Our work prioritizes inclusion and dignity, especially in communities where nourishment has been inaccessible, unaffordable, or overlooked.

As the Foundation’s wellness initiative, Rooted in Health Co. helps translate our mission into everyday moments—through storytelling, whole-food recipes, and accessible wellness content. These efforts deepen awareness around food as care.
Rooted in Health Foundation is grounded in North Tarrant County, Texas. Our mindful nourishment education, sugar‑free meal support, and community wellness workshops are centered in neighborhoods most affected by food insecurity and health disparities.We focus primarily on USDA-designated low-income, low-access “food deserts.”📌 Priority ZIP Codes:
• 76010 – West Arlington
• 76011 – East Arlington
• 76022 – Southeast ArlingtonThese communities face the greatest barriers to clean food access and wellness education, making them our highest priority for in-person programs—while select events and sessions are also offered virtually to ensure broader access and participation.
